This home is equipped with noiseaware sensor in the dining room and has two security cameras located outside of the home. There is a ring doorbell camera located at the front door entrance and a security camera behind the home facing the alley/parking space.

Recently renovated finished basement that has been converted into a Master Bedroom with an en suite.

Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence. Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, let us know. Our neighbors are very important to us and keeping them happy with quality guests is a priority. We appreciate your support being friendly to our neighbors.

No Pets Allowed
Our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction and an additional $500 fee for enhanced cleaning.

Reserved parking for one car

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 25 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
  • All guest must have travelers insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.
  • We are not responsible for any items left behind.
  • There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.
  • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
