This home is equipped with noiseaware sensor in the dining room and has two security cameras located outside of the home. There is a ring doorbell camera located at the front door entrance and a security camera behind the home facing the alley/parking space.

No Pets Allowed
Our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction and an additional $500 fee for enhanced cleaning.

Reserved parking for one car

Street Parking is free with 2 or 3-hr limits or metered payable by street kiosk or the ParkMobile app. Check sign for time restrictions.

All street parking is free overnight starting at 9pm, all day Sunday and state holidays. Parking on South Washington St is metered, free from 9pm to 8am.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 25 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
  • All guest must have travelers insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.
  • We are not responsible for any items left behind.
  • There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.
  • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
